Andrew Nelson

Andrew graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master's degree in Public Administration in 2012. Originally from Las Vegas, he is interested in municipal finance, infrastructure development, and public service delivery. Andrew is an ICMA Local Government Management Fellow Finalist, a Court Coordinator in the Municipal Court of Casper, WY, a member of the Casper Revenue Estimating Group (CREG), and the 2011-2012 ICMA Task Force on Internship Guidelines.
Andrew is married to Lydia Defranchi, a news reporter from Bordeaux, France. Together they share a passion for ballroom dancing and great French food.
