Local Government Today Giveaway!

To promote student attendance at the 2011 ICMA Annual Conference in Milwaukee, Local Government Today is offering a giveaway – one free annual ICMA Student Membership or a $10 gift certificate to your favorite local restaurant!The International City/County Management Association has generously agreed to sponsor one full time student's annual membership fee.

ICMA student membership is normally $25 and includes FREE registration to the ICMA Annual Conference as well as access to many professional resources. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

For those of you who can’t attend the conference or are not full time students, you can still enter. If your name is drawn you’ll win a $10 gift certificate to the restaurant or business of your choice in your local area.

How to win: To enter, become a follower of Local Government Today AND leave a comment on this post describing what you like most about your community. Also state whether you’d prefer to receive the ICMA membership or the $10 gift certificate. Winners will be chosen at random and will include one winner for the ICMA membership and one winner for the gift certificate.

Organizer reserves the right to deny patronage of certain businesses or restaurants at his discretion. Family members of LGT writers are not eligible to enter. Entries must “follow” the blog AND leave a comment on the appropriate blog post to be eligible to win. Giveaway ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
